Clerked is being built around what anaesthetists actually need. If something is missing, slow, or in the wrong place, this is where to say so.

It is free while we build it together. No account, no subscription, no advertising. In return, the thing I need most is people telling me what does not work for them.

This box leaves your device, unlike the rest of Clerked. Describe the problem, not the case — no names, initials, hospital or NHS numbers, dates of birth or admission dates, and not a colleague's name either. Your logbook is never attached to this; only what you type here is sent.

What happens to it

I read every one. I cannot promise to build every one, and I cannot always reply — but nothing is filed and forgotten, and the things several people ask for are the things that get built first.
