Clerked is being built around what anaesthetists actually need. If something is missing, slow, or in the wrong place, this is where to say so — and if it is working, that is worth hearing too.

It is free while we build it together. No account, no subscription, no advertising — and nothing counting how often anybody opens it. So the only way I learn whether Clerked works is somebody telling me: what got in the way, or that it held up through a list.

What is this about?

What were you trying to do, and what happened instead? A sentence is plenty. If you are here to say something is working, a sentence is plenty for that as well — knowing which part earns its place decides what gets protected as the app grows.

Nothing that identifies a patient.

This box leaves your device, unlike the rest of Clerked. Describe the problem, not the case — no names, initials, hospital or NHS numbers, dates of birth or admission dates, and not a colleague's name either. Your logbook is never attached to this; only what you type here is sent.

What happens to it

I read every one. I cannot promise to build every one, and I cannot always reply — but nothing is filed and forgotten, and the things several people ask for are the things that get built first.

A message saying something works is not a nicety here. Clerked reports nothing back to me, so an evening with no messages and an evening where it failed everybody look exactly the same from this end.

Signing in on more than one devicenext
Accounts, so your logbook is on your phone and your laptop without carrying a backup file between them. Designed; being built.
Pre-op clinic and intensive carebuilt
Both log properly now, under their own summary headings instead of counting as anaesthetics given. Set it on the case, or on the list so every case on it starts that way. Anything logged before September 2026 keeps counting as an anaesthetic until you open it and switch it over.
Acute painplanned
The one still missing. A pain round logged as an ordinary case inflates your speciality, age and ASA totals, so it is next after the two above.
Recording leaveplanned
Annual, study and parental leave can arrive from an import but there is no way to add it by hand yet.
Automatic backupsnot possible
Not until there are accounts. A browser cannot email you a file or wake itself up overnight, so Clerked reminds you instead of promising something it cannot do.
